China export path

A public “export‑ready” logic for residents: an engineered value‑added platform — from energy and digital layer to processing, storage and logistics resilience.

Important: the park does not guarantee exports and does not replace certification or commercial contracts. We provide infrastructure and site configuration to help residents become “export‑ready” faster.
Park masterplan overview
Core idea
Value‑added product: processing → packaging/storage → traceability → logistics

What “export‑ready” means at the site level

We position the park as an infrastructure base for residents who manufacture and/or process products and prepare them for supply chains. Focus: reliable utilities, predictable quality, and logistics‑friendly formats.

Engineering nodes that enable export‑ready production

  • Drying / granulation / warehouse — logistics‑resilient formats (ingredients, pellets, dry components).
  • Water & processing — processing backbone and water preparation for food production.
  • Greenhouse contour — year‑round output and controlled quality.
  • RAS aquaculture (optional) — fish/seafood and deep processing potential.

Cross‑cutting readiness layers

  • Energy center (gas engines) — reliable power and heat.
  • Compute hub — digital layer for traceability, quality workflows and documentation.
  • Regulatory baseline — public policies/templates, transparent engineering, ESG contour.
  • Configurable footprint — utilities and layout “per resident ToR”.
Public disclaimer: no promises on markets, pricing or sales volumes. Results depend on the resident’s product, technology, certification and commercial channels.

Resident packages

To keep it practical (not generic): each package is a clear configuration of “what the park provides” + “what the resident brings”.

Aquaculture / Fish processing

Aquaculture / Fish Processing (optional)

For residents focused on a finished product: farming/processing/storage.

  • Fit: RAS resident or fish/seafood processor.
  • Park: water prep, power, food-grade footprint, storage/logistics (cold is ToR‑optional).
  • Resident: technology line, HACCP/certification, sales.
Nodes: 292 (optional) • 294 • 295
Greenhouse + Drying

Greenhouse + Drying / Ingredients

Year‑round growing + logistics‑friendly formats (drying/ingredients).

  • Fit: greenhouse producer, ingredients, contract manufacturing.
  • Park: heat/water/greenhouse utilities + drying/granulation/warehouse.
  • Resident: agri‑tech, drying/packaging line, QC standards, sales.
Nodes: 293 • 296 • 295
Dairy ingredients

Dairy Ingredients (resident vector)

A site for an ingredient line: utilities and footprint — technology is brought by the resident.

  • Fit: dry ingredients/blends producer or processor with own line.
  • Park: power/heat/water, processing zone, storage/logistics.
  • Resident: technology, feedstock contracts, packaging, certification, sales.
Nodes: 294 • 296 • 295
Oils / feed / ingredients

Oils / Feed / Ingredients

Ingredient/feed contour: storage‑friendly, scalable and logistics‑ready.

  • Fit: feed/pellets/ingredients producers.
  • Park: drying/granulation/warehouse + utilities + access/logistics.
  • Resident: recipes/lines, feedstock, sales.
Nodes: 296 • 295 • 297
Digital traceability

Digital Traceability & Compliance

A cross‑cutting package: batch traceability, quality workflows, shipment documentation.

  • Fit: any resident targeting export readiness.
  • Park: compute hub + baseline policies/templates.
  • Resident: QC procedures, certification, commercial contracts.
Node: 295 (Compute) • digital layer

How it works

A clear onboarding path — without market promises, but with actionable steps.

  1. Resident request: product profile, tech, volumes, storage/logistics requirements.
  2. Site configuration: utilities, layout, network connectivity, optional blocks (e.g., cold).
  3. ToR & implementation plan: responsibilities, schedule, required documents.
  4. Placement & launch: construction/mounting, connections, trial run.
  5. Scale‑up: expand capacity per phasing.

FAQ

Do you guarantee exports to China?

No. We do not promise markets. We provide infrastructure and configuration so the resident can become “export‑ready”.

Do you handle certification?

Certification is the resident’s responsibility. The park can provide infrastructure data and baseline documentation.

Is cold storage available?

Cold is considered an option per resident ToR, depending on product requirements.

Can we start with processing & storage only?

Yes — you can start with a “processing/logistics first” footprint and scale up later.
